Cancellation Policy
Trainings
£100 is non-refundable, unless the training is cancelled.
If you cancel up to one month before the first weekend of the training, the total fee less £100 will be refunded.
If you cancel within one month before the first weekend of the training, the total fee becomes due.
Where there has been agreement to pay by instalments, the full fee becomes payable and cancellation is subject to the same rules as above.
If we have to cancel the training for any reason, you will receive a refund of the full fee.
Workshops
Half the workshop fee is non-refundable, unless the worshop is cancelled.
If you cancel up to one week before the workshop, half of the workshop fee will be refunded.
If you cancel within one week of the workshop date, the total fee becomes due.
If we have to cancel the workshop for any reason, you will receive a refund of the full fee.
Groups
If you cancel within one month before the start of the group, the total fee becomes due.
If we have to cancel any of the sessions for any reason, you will receive a proportionate refund (i.e. for a 10 week on-going group, 10% if the group is cancelled for one week, 20% for two weeks, etc)
No refunds will be made for missed sessions.
